At Figures Gym, we have a wide range of facilities to suit everyone's requirements.

GYM
We boast a fully equipped gymnasium with 30 pre select machines such as a cable crossover, smith machines, lat machine, squat rack, pec deck, leg press, etc.. As well as free weights and Olympic weights.

CARDIOVASCULAR (CV) AREA
We offer the very latest CV equipment in this area from bikes, steppers, treadmills, cross trainers, rowers and versa climbers, in fact everything you could require to keep you fit and in shape.

PUNCH BAG AREA
We have a special punch bag area offering speed balls, punch bags, etc.. for you to work out, helping you to achieve an optimum fitness level.

PROGRAMMES
Our friendly staff will help you complete a programme to suit your needs and requirements. Please give us a call or ask at reception for more details.

SUNBEDS
After all that training get yourself a healthy glow by using our state of the art fast tan sunbeds, these sun beds are the best on the market and give fantastic results. Sessions can be booked at reception or by phone.

CHANGING AREA
Here, you will find everything you need to relax after your training session; showers, hair dryers and lockers.

STEAM ROOM
If you prefer just to relax, then take advantage of our modern steam room

TO BUY
We offer unbeatable prices on our extensive range of protein and meal replacement drinks. You can choose from a wide range of nourishment bars to nibble on.
